• Dr Roselyne Masamha

    Dr Ros Masamha is an experienced educator, researcher and staff development consultant who designs and leads Continuing Professional Development programmes, she is a Senior Fellow of Advanced Higher Education. Her experience is drawn from lecturing in clinical education across universities, working in clinical practice within Specialist Forensic Secure Services, at the interface of Mental Health Law and the Criminal Justice System. Dr Masamha’s research interests are in knowledge production, marginalised groups, race relations, postcolonial theory, decolonial tensions, Relational Leadership and Management, Enhancing Performance and international recruitment. Dr Ros Masamha maintains a strong interdisciplinary publication presence across a range of subject areas.

  • Dr Abigail Daniels

    Dr Abigail Daniels is a Clinical Psychologist, Lecturer and Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead, whose doctoral research focused on the psychological impact of experiences of discrimination. She is a previous scholar of the Healthcare Leadership Academy and her clinical background in Psychological Medicine and Psychotherapy services has informed her current work as an Organisational Consultant with a focus on Staff Development. She is an experienced teacher and trainer and facilitates CPD events for professionals across the disciplines to grow systemic thinking about leadership, race and equitable practices in organisations.

  • Dr Amina Adan

    Dr Amina Adan is a UK-based academic, psychotherapist and researcher. Dr Adan’s research explores the intersections of race, power, and institutional life, particularly in education, health, and social care settings. Her scholarship foregrounds lived experience as a site of knowledge production and resistance. Amina’s recent work critiques performative approaches to equity and inclusion – interrogating institutional complicity and emotional containment. She supervises PhD/ doctoral research candidates. With a career that bridges practice and theory, Dr Adan is also an experienced educator and group facilitator, known for creating reflective learning spaces for students and practitioners alike.

  • Dr Ndiweteko Jennifer Nghishitende

    Dr Ndiweteko Jennifer Nghishitende is a Human Rights Lawyer, specialising in modern slavery, human rights and equality. She is an experienced lecturer in Modern slavery, criminology and human rights law. Dr Ndiweteko has also worked with After Exploitation, a UK-based modern slavery charity, collaborating with practitioners and lived experience experts in modern slavery, to research and develop educational materials. This experience has enabled her to design and deliver trauma-informed, rights-based practice through learning programmes that are impactful in raising awareness and improving responses to modern slavery, both for survivors and the wider sector. Her PhD research focused on women’s experiences after exiting modern slavery in the UK, particularly in relation to immigration status, support systems and personal agency. With experience and understanding of the NHS context, she bridges research, policy and frontline realities to create meaningful learning spaces for professionals at all levels. She is committed to building safer, more accountable environments through reflective learning and ethical leadership.
