Series Overview
The Masterclass series is designed to equip participants with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to establish legacies as imprints into organisational systems as opposed to something that is passed down to individuals alone. This approach as a retention model, focuses on retention within the organisational memory to mitigate the impacts of high turnover and encourage consistency and sustainability. This approach draws its success not from incidental chance, but from intentional structuring of support and legacy management. This course recognises, emphasises and critically analyses the notion of experience not as an unquestioned beacon of practice, but as an exercise of making sense of situations, both symbolically and narratively.
